The Board of Visitors considers grant requests from 501(c)3s who serve the healthcare needs of women, children and the elderly in the greater Phoenix community. Requests for funding are limited to one request per organization each calendar year. When applying for a category C grant, an organization may also apply for another category. If an organization has received a previous grant from The Board of Visitors, a Final Grant Usage Report must be received by January 31st in order to be considered in the next grant cycle.

Note: Organizations selected to submit a full proposal for Category A, B and C are required to submit two years of
independently reviewed or audited financials and Category D must submit a IRS Form 990 for the past 1-2 years.
