Fashion Show

The first Fashion Show was held in 1954. Eight-hundred thirty-six tickets were sold, which raised $2,417.00. Tea was served while designers personally presented their new fashions. Today, instead of tea, the show centers around a luncheon. A special feature of the event is the modeling of fashions by the children and grandchildren of The Board of Visitors' members, who are traditionally accompanied by their grandfathers.Read More
